Day1 : Lohajung to Didna Village
Arrive in Didna before lunch and settle into a village homestay. While there is no local market, network connectivity is available. The trek includes a gradual descent of 4.5 kilometers until reaching the Ruan Bagad Bridge, where you can refill your water bottle from the Neel Ganga River. After crossing the bridge, you’ll face a steep ascent of 2 kilometers to reach Didna Village, which will take about two hours.
Day2 : Didna Village to Khobal tal via Ali bugyal
You will be accommodated in a tent, so make sure to carry both water and ORS. Arrive at Ali Bugyal by late afternoon, and keep your windproof and waterproof gear accessible. Tolani is the last point where you can find drinking water. The first half of the trek involves a steep ascent through oak and rhododendron forests, while the second half transitions to a gradual ascent through expansive alpine meadows.
Day3 : Khobal Tal to Ghairoli Patal
This is the easiest day of the trek, with accommodation in a tent. You will reach Ghairoli Patal before lunch. The trek includes a 3-kilometer gradual descent from Khobal Tal to Bedni Bugyal, followed by a 1-kilometer gradual walk from Bedni Bugyal to Doliya Dhar. Finally, there’s a steep descent of 3 kilometers from Doliya Dhar to Ghairoli Patal.
