Day1 : Dehradoon to Sankri

The trekkers will be picked up from near Dehradun Railway Station at 7.00 a.m. from where the journey will begin. Start the journey together from Dehradun to Sankri Village early in the morning by road, as a part of the Kedarkantha trekking package. It takes us 10-11 hours (app.) of an absolutely delightful drive, you even get to see some of the sanctuary’s precious animals! After an exciting drive through the alpine landscape, we reach and check into a hotel/Home Stay/ Guest House at Sankri village

The drive from Sankri to Taluka offers picturesque views of the Himalayan landscape, winding through villages and lush forests. Upon reaching Taluka, we start the trek to Dharkot begins, leading adventurers through serene trails adorned with alpine flora. Overnight stay in Dharkot.

Trekking from Dharkot to Vishkhopri is a journey filled with camaraderie and natural wonders. The trail winds through dense forests and meadows, offering breathtaking vistas of snow-capped peaks and pristine valleys. Along the way, friends can bond over shared experiences and conquer challenges together. The serene ambiance and stunning scenery make this trek a perfect escape. Overnight stay in Vishkhopri.

The trek from Vishkhopri to Rashi presents adventurers with a rugged trail, meandering through challenging terrain and dense forests. Trekkers navigate rocky paths and steep ascents, rewarded with breathtaking views of the Himalayan wilderness.

The trek from Rashi to Maldaru Lake is an awe-inspiring adventure, culminating in the majestic beauty of the lake’s serene waters.
